- A minimum attendance of 85% is required for all sessions, practical’s, soft skills sessions, and expert sessions.
- The learner must meet the assessment criteria for all internal tests and assignments.
- The learner must submit all tasks/projects/ assignments as delegated by the mentor in a timely manner.
Annexure B – Placement Policy
The Placement Policy is designed to create a fair, transparent, and supportive environment for career growth. This document outlines the key principles and procedures for the placement process. Every learner must read and follow the guidelines in this policy.
Regarding Promise of Specific Locations
Learners are expected to remain open to relocation for their placements. Applications should be submitted for available roles without restricting them based on location preferences. While Synnefo makes efforts to secure opportunities in major cities, it cannot guarantee placements in any specific location.
Eligibility Requirements
- Course Completion: Learners must successfully complete their course, meeting all curriculum requirements and maintaining the required attendance. Additionally, some employers may have specific hiring criteria, such as licenses or background checks, which are beyond the scope of course completion.
- Final Curriculum Assessment: Learners must complete and submit all required assessments, including assignments, projects, and exams, as outlined in the curriculum. Achieving a passing score, in accordance with the program’s grading standards, is mandatory. Academic integrity must be strictly maintained—any instance of cheating or plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification. All assessments must be submitted by the given deadlines unless an extension is approved by the program coordinators.
- Final Placement Assessment: Learners must complete and submit all required assessments, including assignments, projects, and exams, as outlined in the curriculum. - Accuracy of Information: Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided on their resumes and during interviews. Synnefo holds no liability for any negative employment outcomes resulting from false or misleading details about education or experience.
- Availability: All learners are expected to be available for immediate joining when offered a job opportunity. Declining an offer due to an immediate start requirement is not permitted.
- Professionalism: Learners must maintain professionalism when interacting with company representatives, demonstrating courtesy, respect, and punctuality throughout the selection process.
- Confidentiality: Learners must keep information about job opportunities shared by Synnefo confidential and limit discussions to relevant parties. Sharing these details with peers or friends may impact selection chances.
- Early Placement: Based on recruitment needs, Synnefo may allow certain learners to participate in placements ahead of schedule. However, these learners must continue their coursework and successfully complete all required assessments.
- First Offer Acceptance: Synnefo enforces a policy that requires learners to accept their first job offer received through us. Once this offer is accepted, learners are considered placed and will be ineligible for future placement opportunities.
- Interview Opportunities: Eligible candidates will be granted up to five interview opportunities with our placement partners. However, candidates who do not secure a position through these interviews may receive lower priority in future placement assistance.
- Eligibility Duration: Candidates are eligible to apply for positions within twelve months of course completion, with the possibility of an extension upon request. Career support will be available for a lifetime.

- Point of Contact: A learner who fails to attend an Assessment Test, Interview, or any other company-required criterion after registration, without prior notice (at least 24 hours before the placement process via email), will be considered absent. Repeated absenteeism may result in the suspension of the learner’s account in the Synnefo placement pool.
- Prompt Action: To ensure a smooth placement process, learners must promptly respond to requests from the Career Services Associate, including submitting CVs and participating in placement-related activities. Repeated delays in responding may limit eligibility for future placement opportunities.
Annexure C- Loan Payments
Loan cancellations are not permitted under normal circumstances. However, in exceptionally rare cases, the Synnefo team may consider requests following a thorough evaluation process. Requests must be submitted within 15 days and will be assessed rigorously, with approval granted only on valid grounds. Even if approved by the Core Team, cancellation will only proceed after all pending EMIs, late payment fees, and penalties are cleared. Additionally, a non-refundable cancellation fee of 10% of the outstanding payment plus GST will apply. It is essential to follow the prescribed NBFC procedures for loan cancellation; failure to do so may negatively impact the applicant’s CIBIL score. Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully evaluate their financial commitments and comply with the agreed-upon terms to maintain a positive financial standing.
Annexure D – Student Code of Conduct

Do not engage in any behavior that is discriminatory, harassing, or abusive towards any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal characteristic. Always communicate and act in ways that foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming community for all.
Be Honest: Academic integrity is a fundamental value of our community. Do not engage in cheating or plagiarism in any form. Take responsibility for your own work and ensure that all sources are properly acknowledged.
Be Punctual: Attend all classes and arrive on time. If you are unable to attend a class or will be late, notify your mentor in advance. Missing multiple classes may result in delays in your placement process.
Collaborate: Our community values teamwork and collaboration. Work with your fellow students, offer help, and receive feedback in a constructive manner. Discord is the official communication platform for the Course. Please use the platform for asking doubts or helping fellow students.
